What's included:
- 2 × White Bread Flour (2kg each) – Your go-to flour for strong dough, a good rise and an open crumb. Perfect for sourdough, artisan loaves and a range of other bakes.

New to specialty flours? Start by replacing around 25% of your White Bread Flour with rye, spelt or wholemeal flour, then adjust the ratio to suit your taste and the result you're after.
