A big Christmas surprise for my husband. Together we have enjoyed starting to bake our bread with this fantastic kit which has all we need. The kit is great quality and with the online class we are eating our own sourdough. Great product.

I have been using the flour for probably 2 years now and love the quality.
I have had mixed results with other flour. This just seems to have the right protein level and l have been getting beautiful loaves.
Also the fermenting box has been life changing in Melbourne. Hot one day, cold the next. 3 hours at 27 deg C and its done, no guessing, waiting or over. proofing.
If l am going out l just lower the temperature so it does not proof as fast and still beautiful loaves.

At the beginning of my sourdough journey my loaves were coming out flat and gummy/dense. Largely, I put these issues down to being in a generally cold climate(Victoria).
As SOON as I was able to regulate the temperature of my starter and dough being proofed I started seeing MAJOR results.
I went from feeling like an absolute beginner(which I was 😅), to feeling like an accomplished professional!
