Wow in the cooler months it is so easy to bake still, we've gone from heatwave & over proofing our Sourdough to convient timing of our baking. Time is precious so the investment has worked out very well.
It folds up for storage & ca,n be placed anywhere in home with power point handy.
Josh stepped us through using it & enjoying our new health move to fresh sourdough.
