After researching which type of bread lame to buy, I went for the UFO option. It is nice & sharp for scoring the top of loaves & is easy enough to hold & control in the hand without cutting too deep into the dough. Also love how the blade slots back into the wooden handle so that it can be easily & safely stored in our kitchen drawer.
