Proof box

Absolutely love this. So convenient to pack way and store in a cupboard when not in use. Easy to use controller and clear top window to observe. I have used this many times already and it has made my baking so much more efficient. Our house is like an ice box, so getting a good rise on my breads has been difficult. This proof box has made the whole process so much more enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend.
Postage and delivery were efficient and communication was great.

Love sourdough bread

I purchased the starter kit and few other items, and I haven't stopped baking sourdough bread. Love the process and so easy to make.
