Your Cast Iron Dutch Oven will need periodic maintenance to keep looking new.
Here's the process for the first wash and prep and whenever it looks like your Cast Iron Dutch Oven needs it:
Wash: Use dish soap and rinse well.
Dry: Thoroughly dry with a tea towel. No drip drying.
Warm: Place on low heat until completely dry. 160°C in the oven for 10mins will do the trick.
Oil: Apply a neutral oil with a dry cloth and place in the oven at 200°C for half an hour, then let cool.
Done: After cooling in the oven it's ready to be stored away, patiently waiting for it's next use.

Things seem to be going well with your flour... I'm new to this so I think its promising from my end.
This dutch over is a really great shape,i had 2 from aldi but they were super heavy and not the right shape this one can be used 2 different ways and is not as heavy,and i really like that its not ceramic coated as it can chip over time,and this one feels like its quality and will last a very long time as well as giving me iron that i need in my body excellent price,great purchase.
Love this Dutch oven, the shape is perfect, easy to maintain also and have cooked so many loaves in this and they never fail to.
Love my new Dutch oven and all these accessories. Good quality and good instructions to follow. Only thing I’d note is that they don’t include any rice flour for your Banneton so I made my first sourdough and got to that part of the instructions and was like “f@ckkk!”
