Dutch oven!

I bought a white Dutch oven a couple of weeks ago to bake sourdough rolls. I'd previously been using my enamel coated cast iron casserole pots for sourdough baking; and while they're great for loaves, I found I needed the wider base for rolls. Happy to report that the Dutch oven from You Knead Sourdough is just the ticket, and I've been having some fun experimenting with getting the roll sizes and quantity per bake just right :) Happy repeat customer here!
