It works very well and the purchase and delivery was excellent thank you.
I had an attachment mill for my mixer but it hust couldn't grind the flour fine enough. The mockmill 100 has really upped my game and mills so finely but also as course as I may want for other things such as my riceflour for dusting the banneton basket. Because I started my journey in sourdough with the started kit from You Knead Sourdough I chose to purchase my Milll through this Aussie small business. After a slight hiccup with the despatch of my Mockmill 100 purchase Josh went the extra mile to get my order on its way and even accelerated it's journey with express shipping and a sourdough bag for my trouble. Hey friends : well the Mockmill 100 is a dream: quiert efficient operation: quick and easy even with hard grains like sorghum. And I note the flour doesn't get too warm on the process of milling... so keeps nutrients. Excellent product for the money!
