Foccacia baking trays

I bought 2 of the foccacia trays for my husband , whose the bread baker in the family, and has been using just any old baking trays that I have. He complains that his foccacia doesn’t rise much during cooking, so I bought him the right size tray and his foccacias have been working out beautifully. I have one happy foccacia baker now and he thanks me every time he bakes one.

They don't refund

I ordered the black cast iron dutch over, the bread bag and 2 oval bannetons.
I returned the Dutch oven and bread bag for a refund in the original packaging with the code they sent, as they were smaller than I thought they would be. Three weeks later and after contacting them with zero replies still no refund. If was just the bread bag I wouldn't care. But we are talking hundreds of dollars here. Absolute disgrace and from a so called Australian company makes it all the worse.
