I’m a new bread baker and was very pleased with the products I purchased. Wish, I’d realised it was only 1 mitt and not a pair. The postage is prohibitive to just buy 1 more mitt, for now. My fault 🤦🏼♀️
Great product and service
Thanks to the confidence of using a great tray I tried my first sourdough focaccia and it turned out amazing. Soft and squishy with crusty top and edges. Thanks You Knead Sourdough for the pan and the confidence to have a crack
Came for the bread proofing bannetons, left with a few extra bits and pieces that I hadn't even thought to get beforehand! Now the family is enjoying purple and black bread, with some concerned children asking why their poop has changed colours. More experimentation is needed, clearly!
