This Danish dough whisk is extremely easy to hold, and makes mixing all your ingredients together a breeze! It has a wooden handle, and a stainless steel whisk to ensure longevity.
Using this whisk is much faster and easier than using a spoon, as it has wide spaces to let the dough push through whilst incorporating any dry flour left in the bowl.

I can thoroughly recommend you kneed sourdough as my personal experiences have been excellent. Delivery on time and excellent quality products.
I will probably never go back to the traditional whisks. This is a huge game changer for me. Its does not just whisk dough easily but also basically anything else, eggs, cake batter, cookie dough you name it. Absolutely so worth having this.
