Skip using plastic wrap over your bowl on your next dough and use a stainless steel mixing bowl with a re-usable washable lid.
Dough needs to be covered during bulk fermentation to ensure it doesn't dry out, especially sourdough with it's lengthy fermentation times. This bowl is the perfect size for your dough and leaves plenty of room for it to rise without overflowing the sides.
This bowl has a 4L capacity, meaning it's big enough for a double batch of dough!

Works good other than one corner being bent which scratches my benchtop, not sure if this happened in the post? Other than that, it is ok.
