This Danish dough whisk is extremely easy to hold, and makes mixing all your ingredients together a breeze! It has a wooden handle, and a stainless steel whisk to ensure longevity.
Using this whisk is much faster and easier than using a spoon, as it has wide spaces to let the dough push through whilst incorporating any dry flour left in the bowl.

Excellent tool for mixing my bread dough.
I’m a bit late to the sour dough party but I think I’m now an addict.
