Here’s exactly what’s covered, what to expect if something goes wrong, and how we make it easy to get help when you need it.

12-Month Warranty Coverage

Most products sold by You Knead Sourdough come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Covers manufacturing defects or faults
  • Doesn’t cover general wear and tear from regular use
  • We’ll help troubleshoot, send a replacement, or offer a refund (whatever gets you back to baking)

Starter not activating? Tool not working? Let us know, we’ll always work to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing? No problem.

  • Let us know within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unopened and unused, and in original condition
  • Return shipping is at your cost
  • You can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll send an email to let you know it’s arrived
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable

We aim to process returns quickly so you’re never left waiting too long.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away.

  • We’ll replace it or refund it, no hassles
  • Just send us a message and a photo so we can fix it fast

What Can’t Be Returned?

We’re happy to work with you where we can, but there are a few items we can’t accept as returns:

  • Used or opened items (for hygiene and quality control reasons)
  • Gift cards

That said, if something’s not working as expected, still get in touch, we’re here to troubleshoot and help you get results.
